OUR STORY
Our Indian Company, Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd was established by two Australian nationals, with considerable experience in the financial services industry. They teamed up with several Indian executives, who had extensive global experience with global banks in the electronic payments space.
The business has been historically focussed on ATMs, using the free cashflow to develop its electronic payment and financial service business throughout rural India.
Under the guidance of the new Board, with extensive fintech and eCommerce experience, in 2022, Findi began a strategic initiative to evolve into a digital payments bank, to service the growing expectations for international connectedness and cheaper, simple digital payments that the rest of the world has been enjoying. We are now bringing this to the rural people of India.

Nicholas Smedley is an experienced Investment Banker and M&A advisor, with 14 years’ experience at UBS and KPMG. He has worked on M&A transactions in the UK, Hong Kong, China and Australia with transactions ranging from the A$9bn defence of WMC Resources through to the investment of $65m into Catch.com.au.
Mr Smedley currently oversees investments in the property, aged care, technology and medical technology space. Key areas of expertise include M&A, debt structuring, corporate governance and innovation. He is Executive Chairman of Respiri Limited (ASX: RSH) and a Non-Executive director of AD1 Holdings Ltd (ASX: AD1). Mr Smedley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.

Simon Vertullo is an experienced board director, finance executive and consultant. His previous roles have included as the CFO of ASX300 company and Chairman of a wi-fi and software technology business while also having background in corporate advisory services with KMPG and KordaMentha.
Mr Vertullo is a Chartered Accountant with significant exposure in listed and private company roles in complex situations in Asia, Europe and Australia. Mr Vertullo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

Jason Titman is a boutique investor who often takes an executive or board role to fast track the scale-up of the companies he invests in. He has extensive experience as an advisory board member, CEO, COO & CFO across eCommerce, FinTech and Crypto sectors. This experience includes cross border experience in the US, South East Asia, UK and India.
Mr Titman is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from University of Queensland.
