Our story
Our Indian Company, Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd was established by two Australian nationals, with considerable experience in the financial services industry. They teamed up with Indian executives, who had extensive experience in global banking and the electronic payments market.
The business has been historically focussed on ATMs, while recently developing its financial payments and services business throughout rural and regional India.
Under the guidance of a Board, with extensive fintech and eCommerce experience, in 2022, Findi began a strategic initiative to capitalise on the growth and shift towards digital payments through a range of innovative technology driven solutions. We are now bringing this to the rural and regional people of India.

Nicholas Smedley is an experienced Investment Banker and M&A advisor, with 14 years’ experience at UBS and KPMG. He has worked on M&A transactions in the UK, Hong Kong, China and Australia with transactions ranging from the A$9bn defence of WMC Resources through to the investment of $65m into Catch.com.au.
Mr Smedley currently oversees investments in the property, aged care, technology and medical technology space. Key areas of expertise include M&A, debt structuring, corporate governance and innovation. He is Executive Chairman of Respiri Limited (ASX: RSH) and a Non-Executive director of AD1 Holdings Ltd (ASX: AD1). Mr Smedley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
