Findi is an ASX listed fintech company with operations principally located in New Dehli, India. Our payments services are a dynamic offering tailored to one of the world’s largest and fasted growing addressable markets.
The ASX registered company for Findi is Findi Limited (FND), while the company transitions to its new branding. In India, the operations continue to trade as Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd and this business is also in the process of rebranding its trading name to Findi.
Findi has over 14 years’ experience in the Indian consumer payments space. Founded by two Australian Fintech investors and headed up by a very experienced team of executives in India with deep global payments experience. We are evolving from an ATM service provider to the major Indian Banks, to digital bank and dynamic payments company, that focuses on enabling peer to peer payments, eCommerce transactions and a range of other digital payment solutions for Indian consumers, primarily in rural and remote areas of India.

OUR BUSINESS
Findi offers payments and ATM services and currently facilitates customer transactions approaching 1 billion per year across more than 6,000 merchants and 21,000 ATMs in India.
Our operations include 650+ employees, back office and field staff servicing our 23,000 locations and nearly 2.5 million customers each day across India.
Findi is moving away from reliance on ATM Contracts with major Indian banks, to becoming a White Label ATM operator and we are also in the process of growing our business by seeking to increase the breadth of our services to become a full digital payments bank through obtaining further Indian government registrations under the new financial regulations being offered.
PAYMENTS AND DIGITAL BANKING
Findi provides last-mile payments and digital banking solutions through its network of merchants facilitating banking services, utility payments, money transfers, e-commerce and train and airline tickets payments. Our merchants are located to provide card and cash services to our target demographic in regional and rural centres. Our payment platform is being expanded to also incorporate functionality such as a loyalty and rewards programs.
ATM
Findi provides transaction payment solutions for leading Public/Private sector Banks & White label operators across India with complete end-to-end Transaction Processing & Managed Services capabilities.
E-SURVEILLANCE
As well as managing our own ATM network, Findi provides an outsourced e-surveillance solution to some of the largest ATM providers in India. This business has grown out of the development work that Findi was doing to streamline their own back of house monitoring of their ATM fleet. With a focus on machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), the Findi development and operations team have developed an electronic surveillance solution.
This solution allows:

- Advanced image analytics to pro-actively identify threats and real-time interaction with our centralised monitoring control rooms.
